Thank you for your interest in the proposed offer (the Offer) of Winsec Notes (the Securities) of WIN Securities Limited (the Company).
The offers of the Securities will be made in a copy of the prospectus for the Offer, which was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 15th February (the Prospectus). Anyone who wants to acquire the Securities will need to complete the application form that accompanies the Prospectus.
An electronic copy of the Prospectus may be viewed or downloaded by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. However you should read the following information carefully before doing so.
The Prospectus has 36 pages. The electronic copy is in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and is approximately 532 KB in size. You should ensure that any copy you view or print is complete. A paper copy of the Prospectus will be provided to you free of charge if you call 1300 137456 or send an email to info@winsec.com.au.
Anyone who wants to acquire the Securities will need to complete the application form that accompanies the Prospectus. You will find the application form included in the PDF file which contains the electronic Prospectus.
You must not give any other person access to the application form unless it is accompanied by a complete copy of the Prospectus.
The offer or invitation to which this Prospectus relates is only available to persons receiving the electronic Prospectus within Australia who:
Application forms which do not specify an Australian address for service (or which are accompanied by payment drawn on a foreign bank account) will be rejected and returned unless the applicant provides evidence which satisfies the Company that the issue of the Securities will not contravene the laws of any other jurisdiction.
