Winsec Savings & Loans has been servicing the community since 1990. Due to prudent management and sensible lending policies, we’ve achieved steady growth and profitability. 

Originally servicing the north-east Victorian community from our base in Wangaratta, our client base now extends to other regions as well as major cities.

Pip has over 35 years of experience in the finance industry and has completed her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering.

Caroline Stone

Administration Officer/ Customer Service

Caroline returned to Winsec in 2017 and has over 30 years of administrative experience behind her. Caroline assists Tony with the reporting and compliance programs for the Company and general customer service.

Mandy Allan

Customer Service Officer/Administration



Mandy works for the Company on a part-time basis and has over 30 years of experience in administration and customer service. She is the friendly face that greets you at our reception area.

Jan Meloury

Administration Assistant/Customer Service

Jan has completed her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and has over 13 years experience in administration and 20 years of customer service.
